Board of Directors

The Friends of the Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County (FPL) is seeking candidates for positions on the Board of Directors. Interested candidates will go through an interview process and have the opportunity to review and discuss the expectations of board participation prior to being elected.

The mission of FPL is to support our Library and the community by raising funds through the sale of donated items.

FPL board members are expected to support the organization’s mission and act as fiduciaries. Board members are involved in setting the strategic direction of the enterprise, including fiscal oversight, to expand and enhance the success of the FPL in the support of the Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County.
